Returns & refunds
If you're not happy, we're not happy. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase — even if you simply changed your mind.
The simple rules
- Returned items must be unopened and in saleable condition.
- Bring your receipt or order number (starting with WSC-).
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Faulty or damaged product? We'll refund or replace it — your choice — and cover return shipping.
How to return
- 1. Visit any store with the item and your order number, or
- 2. Contact us and we'll arrange a pickup for orders over $50.
Note: unopened alcohol returns are accepted, but opened bottles can only be returned if the product is faulty.
